我以“自己管理自己，自己培養(yǎng)自己，自己提高自己，自己養(yǎng)活自己”為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，從各方面嚴(yán)格要求自己。在校期間，我連續(xù)7年從事學(xué)生干部工作，有意識(shí)的鍛煉和提高自己的工作和組織能力，組織并參加了學(xué)校及院上的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)，培養(yǎng)了我嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)求實(shí)、踏實(shí)肯干、吃苦耐勞的工作作風(fēng)和較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，組織管理、協(xié)作共事和獨(dú)立工作的能力也得到進(jìn)一步的提高。同時(shí)，我還多次參加學(xué)校、班級(jí)組織的社會(huì)調(diào)查，做兼職家教，這些都豐富了我的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。研究生期間還參加了“三下鄉(xiāng)”服務(wù)隊(duì)，深入陜西渭南進(jìn)行社會(huì)調(diào)查，并完成了一系列科研工作。
我渴望能夠有一個(gè)舞臺(tái)來展示自己的能力和知識(shí)，我將全力以赴為之奮斗，同團(tuán)隊(duì)一起進(jìn)步，共創(chuàng)輝煌!
